About Us

CSG specializes in creating innovative real estate solutions for its clients.  It provides real estate strategic planning, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and other advisory services to Non-profits, Churches, Religious Organizations, Public Entities and Private Landowners. CSG intrinsically understands the challenges mission-driven organizations and public entities often encounter when endeavoring to fulfill their mission objectives while attempting to capitalize on the value of their real estate assets.

In addition to its strategic real estate advisory business, CSG develops commercial real estate projects in joint venture partnership with non-profit and other for-profit real estate developers. While private sector-minded, with strong local community ties, CSG understands the importance of real estate developments benefiting community residents. CSG aggressively monitors local community and political concerns to ensure strong stakeholder support of its projects. CSG is also strongly committed to creating economic opportunities for other minority and women-owned businesses.

Our real estate development mission is to capitalize on unique and catalytic urban real estate development opportunities.
