CSG Urban Partners, in partnership with MRP Realty and Taylor Adams Associates was selected by the DC Housing Authority (DCHA) to redevelop its headquarters site located at 1133 North Capitol Street, NE, Washington, DC.  Our team is currently undertaking the planning and programming of the two-acre site into a 752,000 square foot mixed-use development containing 250,000 square feet of office space, 12,500 square feet of retail space and a mix of 645 market rate and affordable residential units. The project will serve as a continued catalyst for the transformation of the NoMa neighborhood and will be undertaken in three phases.
