Project CONCEPTUAL PLANNING AND Implementation
We help our clients to successfully implement their real estate projects including both existing building renovations and new project development. We assist with initial real estate project concept and strategy, site identification, financial feasibility, land acquisition negotiations and project team assembly. We focus on assisting clients identify project financing including both convential and unconventional financing sources such as Low Income Housing, New Market and Historic Tax Credits as well as Green Bank and other green funding sources.
We have expertise in managing the entire real estate transaction from assembling development teams, preparing solicitation documents to identifying public and private financing sources and negotiating development agreements. We also help manage community and government relations.
We help to prepare business plans, market studies, evaluations, appraisal reviews and discount cash flow analysis to determine a portfolio or single-asset strategy.
